Riverview Health and Rehabilitation Center is a non-profit  facility  with  approximately  200  beds. The original  facility  was  constructed  in  1960 and  expanded  several  times.    The  structure  is concrete framed with masonry walls.  In addition to the residence wings the facility includes food service, a chapel,  maintenance  and  support spaces.


Much  needed  renovations  were  planned  over  a series  of  four  sequential  phases.  Each  phase completely renovated the interior finishes and replaced HVAC and plumbing systems that were at the end of their  useful  life.   All  communication, lighting, and fresh air ventilation systems were also replaced. Site improvements included a new ambulance access point, covered entry drive and underground utility improvements.
