Lott + Naugle is currently contracted with GSA to provide Indefinite Delivery /Indefinite Quantity design services under a 4 year term to federal properties in the Southeast Sunbelt Region 4. Under this IDIQ contract, we have provided land survey services, a photovoltaic feasibility study, and design and  construction documents for a phased renovation to GSA’s offices in Atlanta.

For the renovation of the Martin Luther King Jr. Federal Building in Atlanta, Georgia, the U.S. General Services Administration requested that Lott+Barber redesign the interior space and coordinate the furniture for a 100,000+ square foot renovation of three of the building’s high-end office floors. Under an aggressive expedited schedule, the entire project proceeded from the survey phase to delivery of construction documents to the General Contractor in 2-1/2 months.
