Student Housing

Middle Georgia State University, is currently constructing their first new on-campus student housing project in Macon. The project is adjacent to the new Recreation and Activity Center and faces the signature campus lake. Lott + Barber was selected as part of a competitive design-build team selection process. The 300 bed facility will greatly enhance the student experience for those that choose to live on the MGSU campus.  The rooms are configured as 4 bed / 1 bath units and amenity spaces include laundry, collaboration study spaces, and large social spaces on each floor.
